I mean, Like hen you put a game disc in; you can burn the disc onto the console.
Would I be able t install a Disc/game/dvd burner into my Ps3 slim 120gb console?

That’s not a burner you’re thinking of, that’s a hard drive install which can be done by the Blu-ray reading drive. It’s a completely soft-ware based feature that depends on whether the developers decided to allow HDD installs.
You’d also be voiding your PS3 warranty by installing a different disc drive, not to mention there would be sure compatibility issues as well as a lack of firmware/software support. Don’t try it unless you’re the electrical engineering type who really likes messing with 400 dollar electronic equipment for fun.
You could install it but the you`ll need software and where do you plan to get that?.
