Gaming has been the most loved pastime of the young and old alike. Games from the traditional cards and chess have moved on the hi-tech computer ones and now the revolutionary wii games keep you glued. The biggest drawback of video games is that it doesn't provide any physical activity. With the introduction of Wii fit the concept of playing video games has been revolutionarised. It is a fitter and a better option. The wii fit lets you strike a proper balance and tells you your BMI and whether you are under weight or over weight and if you are fit and perfect. One can shed all that extra pounds with the wii fit and at the same time not feel forced but do it willingly while having a great time. There are some real great sports games to play with the wii fit, it has all the lessons of yoga aerobics and other balancing techniques and games like football, skiing etc. The wii fit has a board that looks like a thin bathroom scale. This wireless board measures your body mass index centre of gravity etc very accurately and one can perform several movements on this board. It has a motion sensor that catches the movements and thus conjugates them with the screen movements. The workouts emphasise slower and balanced movements thus giving a fitter and a balanced and toned body.
While the wii fit is a craze amongst the fitness lovers the hard core gamers still love to fight it out with the traditional wii games. There are a plethora of wii games available for different age groups and different tastes. The Mario, Super Mario, FIFA, The legend of Zelda, no more heroes and other such games cater to kids, adults, hard core gamers etc. There are also some wii games for the entire family where everyone can enjoy gaming with family members.
Some of the best wii games that are loved world over and are selling like hot cakes are the Wii fit -A craze amongst the fitness lovers the wii fit teaches yoga, aerobics etc and helps you play games while exercising to do different moves. Mario Kart-The Mario Kart has a steering wheel sort of controller to steer and play the wii games. FIFA 09-Naturally as the name suggests the game is all about football and for the football lovers. With the very responsive and realistic actions it is a great game to play. Super Mario galaxy-The Mario functions in the outer space to give a outer world feeling. Apparently it has a lot of crazy fans. The legend of Zelda-The twilight princess fans love this game, and if you are a Zelda fan it's hard to resist playing this game. No more Heroes-Those who are hard core gamers and like all the gory and action games will love this, it's one of the best wii games. Blue unplugged houses many of the loved wii games, wii fit and wii accessories. For all the game lovers and players they can be bought easily and enjoyed for an excellent gaming experience.

I am a diehard gaming fan and the wii games just keep me hooked on to them. These games generally do not exercise anything except the fingers and specially the thumbs. I am a diehard gaming fan and the wii games just keep me hooked on to them. These games generally do not exercise anything except the fingers and specially the thumbs.
