Is there a Real one? not a sticker, an actual faceplate where you have to unscrew the playstation portable's real faceplate off and you can put the carbon fiber one on.
does anybody know of anywhere that its possible?

no, it is possible but carbon fiber is TOO expensive 2 waste,faceplate alone would cost 100 dollars
