yes, when you restore defult settings it will bring the system back to the factory settings like it came out of the box.

no, restoring the default settings simply deletes the user input and formats flash1.
no, then everyone would have custom firmaware. all it does is return the settings to when you first got it. meaning if you changed something under settings, it will go back to before you got it
