Cool video about xbox hdd - have a look:

This will probably be a stupid video for most of you since it is pretty simple to pop on and remove an Xbox 360 hard drive. The only reason I made this video was because I got a few requests from people who did not know how to add a hard drive to a Xbox 360.

Hey you did me a favor with this, I actually do know nothing about 360s my brother just gave me his old one bare bones and I just bought a hard drive and was looking to see if there was anything specific that needed to be done, it is nice to know it is simply just plug and play.

You should have pulled out the hard drive out of the panel and said “this is a SATA 2.5 inch” or whatever. I think half of us are wondering that.

I really wish I had known that I need to buy a newer hard drive before I bought an old one that I cannot return

@victorg928 go to memory settings, pick on memory stick, and gamer profiles, or profiles, and then you will be able to copy/ transfer it, when you press copy, it asks to choose, where paste it, and press on your hard drive , easy as shit, i hope you understood ;]
