Are there any benefits, accessories, access to online games, etc in the XBox 360 Arcade that aren't in the XBox Elite?

Nope, just the disc of 4 arcade games and the memory stick that you won’t need anyway (because elite includes the harddrive).
the xbox arcade comes with 512MB RAM built-in to the system. I’m not sure if the elite has that or not, but considering the elite comes with a 120GB HDD it doesn’t matter.
XBOX 360 is just great. I love when i download games into it
