No its not possible.
I highly doubt that.
All I know is that you can do that with the PS3 by putting your memory card into the slot in the PS3
If the psp is anything like the ds and the wii. it wont connect unless you have a game that calls for that. Its probably wireless too. I know i wanted to connect my ds and wii for the longest. but it wasn’t till i got PBR that i was even able to.
