I know you can install a game on 5 psps but can you install it as many times as you want on the same system?

yeah as long as you deleted the game you can install it again.
the new update i think the 6.5 or something like that they saw that people bought a game and installed it again on a different memery stick and so u can only down load stuuf from the Playstation network 2 times (just in case something goes wrong they would let u download it again)
