I’m getting a psp, what accessories should I buy?

I've heard the screen scratches easily, go for the screen protector? A case? What are the accessories you bought for yours that you can't imagine not having? Also, do you get the one year warranty no matter where you buy it or do you have to buy the warranty seperate? Thanks!

There are many cases that you can buy, and the one i have (and recommend) is a case you can buy at Best Buy. It is a hard case, and it holds 2 games and 2 memory sticks. It has a screen protector that is hard and you can play easily with the hard case on. It doesnt bother your gameplay while you still protect the screen. You usually get the warranty with your PSP if you dont buy it off of someplace like ebay. I bought mine at Best Buy and i love the warranty.

1. Screen protector. Must buy.
2. Bigger memory stick duo. 32 mb isn’t big, so you probably want to get at least a 1 gb stick. They’re cheap anyway.
3. Games

Make sure when you do buy it, you look over the screen for dead pixels, not that it is a big problem these days, but it’s good to check. I agree with the poster about the case, mine is from logitech and comes with a screen protector. I would also look into getting a larger memory stick pro duo, so you can store songs or pictures on your psp. Check the prices though, sometimes you can get them on sale for a really good deal

I would suggest getting a anti-reflective screen protector, I’ve had issues with outdoor play.

A larger memory stick, (preferably 1GB) which is solely for the fact if you want to bring along music and other stuff.

A proper carrying case. There have been problems with screens cracking when people pocket their PSP.

A strap, to connect to the keyring, which is also like a hand strap. There have been cases where people would just snatch your PSP away if it’s not strapped onto you.

There are also joystick add-ons, if you dont like the flat analog pad.
