I am thinking of buying an xbox 360 but i am unsure what accessories to get with it?
I would like to play against people online and have a fast working machine. Any advice???

It depends on what types of games you like
wireless router for online and like controller grips makes contrller work longer….
depends how much you want to spend, first of all you want a controller, rechargeable battery packs, and a headset
now you can either buy an ethernet cable or a wireless thingamajig
ethernet cables will be under 15$ probably and wireless thingamajigs will be about 100 dollars
you can also buy a vision cam too with which you can vid chat with if you want, also you could buy a messanger pack but its not neccesary at all, vision cam aint neccesary either
it depends really if you wanted to talk to people you could get the head set it would be a good idea to get the charge and play kit an ether cable or the wireless box thing there is not much else to get besides some good games eg f.e.a.r gh world tour
Your going to need a recharger station which goes for about 30$ i think. Then a rechargeable battery pack which goes for i think about 8$. That gets rid of the millions of batteries you’ll have to buy. I’ve had my recharger station for over 2 years and it still works just fine.
Next, if your thinking of putting your xbox close to your modem or router then you won’t have to worry about online because the 360 comes with an ethernet cable. BUT if you don’t plan on putting your 360 next to a router then you’ll have to buy a wirless adapter which goes for 100$.
Next as a personal opinion i would get turtle beach earforce x3 headphones which go for 100$. They make your gaming experience 10x better and if its late at night you won’t have to worry about putting your tv low because you will be able to have your headphones on full blast without disturbing anyone
Last thing i would get an intercooler which i think goes for about 25$ which keeps your 360 cool if you like to play for long periods of time.
