I have an xbox 360 that will play music cds but not xbox 360 games. What could be wrong with it? Is it the dvd rom drive? And how to repair it? Thank you.

you wont be able to fix it yourself, you have to send it in to microsoft or bring it in to the store you bought it at if you have a warrenty. heres the website for a repair order

Just call 1-800-4-MyXbox (1-800-469-9269). Talk to a rep and they will ship you out a box in which you will send in your console, without the hard drive, and they will send you another console to replace your old one. The new ones they have been shipping out ususally come with the latest CPU/GPU configurations helping to save energy. Also, they’ve been sending out the consoles with the Ben-Q drive which are far more silent then any other drive previously used.
