Would it be possible to replace the steering, gas and breaks of the car with a playstation controller with enough knowledge on car mechanics?

I think you can change the looks of it at least and get those fake streeing wheels for playstations.. but if you are looking at something like a traditional PS2 controller.. you can add a motor that operates and presses the gas pedal when u press X or something. It will be pretty ghetto though..
Only if you hook up servo motors to turn the steering wheel and activate the gas and brake pedals.
Yes, it’s definitely possible.
But just knowing the mechanics of a car won’t cut it.
You’ll also need to know electronics, robotics, and computer programming.
If you were take on a project like this, you’d probably end up with a car that’s very scary to drive, and not to mention dangerous.
You’d probably need to work with some electronics/robotics firm if you really wanted this.
In which case, you’d end up paying more for this than you would the car.
If you would really want to do this though, start with a go-kart. lol
