My Playstation 3 console won't turn on or eject. The power button is red when I touch it turns green then beeps and turn yellow then flashes red constantly does anyone know what I need to replace?

your ps3 got the yellow light of death
when it does that the harddrive is fried. Nothing you can do besides buy a new harddrive or send it to sony and they will charge you 150 bucks just to change out the harddrive. I went to best buy and bought a 350gig laptop harddrive for 100 bucks…went to the playstation network website and downloaded the ps3 data to a flash drive making sure you put it in a folder labeled whatever it says on the site so the ps3 can recognize it… transfer it to the new harddrive and put it in the ps3… problem solved.
Send it in to Sony for $150 or find some guy who can fix for half the price, I heard there is s get someone on E bay who does them and you can get it the next day. Another option is to fix it yourself by buying a new Blu-Ray drive and there is plenty of tutorials on the internet.
That’s the yellow light of death it happened to us you can fix it but i do not know weather it works. We got ours replaced because ours was under warranty and grantee we used to have a 60gb now we have a 80gb sorry bad luck.
