I need a PSP, a memory card that would hold about 4 games and about 200 itunes. Does the PSP come with a phone jack?
Would $175 be enough to buy all this NEW? How do I set up the internet?

No, it’ll set you back at least $170 just for a new system.
You can buy refurbished ones for $130 at gamestop.com, or used ones on ebay.
There are Gamestops all around Bradenton, see what they have available.
