What is the difference between a memory stick Duo and a PSP memory card?

I have a cell phone from sony (sony ericsson W810i) that uses a memory card for external memory for music photos etc. It comes with a 128 mb card and I wanted to put a new one thats 1 or 2gb. As I was looking around froogle, i remembered that the psp has the same type of memory card. And i wanted to know if they have any difference. Please answer my question quickly.

Sony has two type of memory sticks. One is the “Memory Stick Duo”,… this is the longer size one. The other type is the Sony ‘Memory Stick Pro Duo” – this one is shorter in length. I use both types in various Sony products. That aside, I have a Sony PSP and it uses the shorter Memory stick Pro duo stick. If your phone uses the shorter one, the cards should be able to work on either device. Note also: Sony has a Memory Stick Duo Adpater that will allow the shorter Pro Duo card to fit into the older style card reader.
